Freqently Asked Questions

Do you have a question about Little Street? Check out our frequently asked questions below. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please send us an email via our contact page

Our first session is at 09:15.

Pre-booking is not essential however we recommend it to avoid disappointment at the door.  We operate strict limits on the number of people in the building to ensure a quality play experience, so we are unable to exceed this.
We operate pre-defined play sessions to allow us time to tidy up in between, ensuring that every child gets to experience Little Street at its best. You may turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 85 minutes.
To ensure a quality experience for all of our visitors, we restrict the total number of entrants to Little Street and therefore all spaces are chargeable.

Little Street is designed for children from walking age (12 months) to 7 years, however children up to 10 years old are welcome to play alongside younger siblings.

We provide high chairs or Bumbo seats and have baby change facilities onsite.
We have a small cafe onsite serving hot and cold drinks as well as cakes and snacks.  The cafe is only open during the play sessions.
Most of our venues are cashless.  We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note, we are unable to accept American Express payments.
We offer exclusive venue hire for parties. Please visit the Parties & Groups page or contact us for more details.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate buggies or prams within the play centre. However, we do provide a buggy shelter outside (Frimley & Sevenoaks) or buggy parking in the lobby entrance at all other centres. Car seats are permitted inside the play centre.

Little Street Frimley is based within a building built in 1887 which unfortunately does not currently have suitable access for wheelchairs.

West Byfleet and Sevenoaks do not currently have wheelchair accessible toilet facilities.

Maidstone (via the shopping arcade passenger lift), Chichester and Rudgwick are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities.

Pre-booked tickets are non refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative date.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase over the telephone or onsite at all of our venues.

We have air con at the Chichester, West Byfleet, Maidstone and Sevenoaks venues.

As all children are required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult in our venues, there is no carer discount for the first adult in any booking.  However, if an extra adult is required for additional support in excess of what could be reasonably expected of those already accompanying you, we offer a 20% discount for the extra ticket.  Proof of eligibility may be required, such as PIP or DLA.
