- What time does Little Street open?
Our first session is at 09:15.
- Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is not essential however we recommend it to avoid disappointment at the door. We operate strict limits on the number of people in the building during each play session and will not exceed this.
- Can I arrive at any time?
We operate pre-defined play sessions to allow us time to tidy up in between, ensuring that every child gets to experience Little Street at its best. You may turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 85 minutes.
- Why do you charge for adults?
For health and safety reasons and to ensure a quality experience for all of our visitors, we have to restrict the total number of entrants to Little Street and therefore all spaces are chargeable.
- What age is Little Street aimed at?
We believe that Little Street will be most appealing to children from walking age (12 months) to 7 years, however children up to 12 years old are welcome to play, especially those that enjoy role play and dressing up.
- What facilities do you offer for babies?
We provide high chairs or Bumbo seats and have baby change facilities onsite.
- Do you serve food?
We have a small cafe onsite serving hot and cold drinks as well as fresh cakes and healthy snack options. The cafe is only open during the play sessions.
- Do you accept debit/credit card payments?
We do accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note, we are unable to accept American Express payments.
- Do you offer parties?
We offer exclusive venue hire for parties. Please contact us for more details.
- Can I bring a buggy / pram?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate buggies or prams within the play centre. However, we do provide a buggy shelter outside (Frimley & Sevenoaks) or buggy parking in the lobby entrance at all other centres. Car seats are permitted inside the play centre.
- Do you have wheelchair access?
Little Street Frimley is based within a building built in 1887 which unfortunately does not currently have suitable access for wheelchairs.
West Byfleet does not currently have disabled toilet facilities.
Maidstone (via the shopping arcade passenger lift), Chichester and Rudgwick are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Pre-booked tickets are non refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative date.
